How do you design your tee's bam? ..should i just draw, scan and tweak in art or Photoshop and then submit it, will qwertee(or other tee site) clean up my design if it's a little rough?

U have to do exactly what you said...(I mainly use Illustrator tho) I don't think they will clean it up for u...
Remember that it has to be 4 colors.
