here's a couple more with the gun held in a better position. it is harder than hell to get him to hold the gun with the glove hands. they are hard as a rock.

You´re doing a great job so far.

I really like how it´s coming along. BUt those ecto googles look huge on his head.

Great work Craw , you the man! You encouraged me to start my pack kit.

Sal

working on his belt today. i tucked the yellow hose under the belt for now to give an idea of how it looks. i will be attaching it to the pant-leg eventually. i will be making the circuit-board next.

Yeah Craw, we´ll see what they come up with!!!!!

Looking better by the second!!!!!!!! How did you secure the ribbon cable to the pack?

SAl

Pete's really coming along great, man! Btw, have you tried the hot water dip on those gloves? Either that or a shot with a hair dryer should make them a lot easier to work with. It's now SOP for assembling the HT Predator figures... works like a charm! :D

thanks guys. he's really coming along. i put the circuit board on hiatus for now. i need to go about it a different way.

Sal, i just attached everything on the pack with Krazy glue. it is super strong. i was using regular model glue when i started, but stuff kept breaking off if you looked at it the wrong way. if you paint everything first i suggest scraping the paint off in the areas you will be gluing pieces on. it makes a stronger bond if you glue resin-to-resin instead of paint-to-paint. the Krazy glue is super strong cuz i didnt have the hose connecting the gun to the pack just right so i wanted to break it off and reglue it. it was a ^^^^^ to break off. and as for the ribbon cable, it is a shoelace. i painted stripes on it with my leftover paint. i should have added some yellow and green stripes to make it more accurate but im a cheapskate and i didnt want to buy an entire bottle of paint just for that when i was gonna have a ton of blue and red paint leftover anyway. i like the shoelace cuz it has a nice weave and the end already has that wrapped look and you can insert the end piece right into the hole in the pack. perfect fit.

i am now using those ring stands that come with the HT DK figures. i dont wanna use a standard ring stand cuz i realize it will interfere with the proton pack. so if anybody hates those HT leg rings please PM me and i will buy em from you.

That is looking great! The Dragon body was definitely a better choice, looking superb :rock

So are you painting the head, or is someone else?
