I was in Hot Topic today looking at all the Joker crap, and felt sad thinking about how much publicity, recognition and bank Warner's and DC are getting of Ledger's likeness, and the poor guy didn't get to see any of it.

If they are using Ledger's likeness....most likely there is a contract deal and any $$ would go to his beneficiaries (his daughter).
