That's his opinion, and he's entitled to it. I'd take it as a compliment, actually. Saying it's "overrated" is the same as saying that it's not worthy of all of the praise that it's getting; so, in a way, he's saying that it was a good enough movie to be enjoyed by a lot of people. :lol

Theres one in there that looks like Nolans telling Christian Bale to hush, what an awesome pic. Only got to see this once in the theatres, but definitely going to make up for that, soon.
