I bought a copy of TDKR today, & I've only watched it once since it was in theaters in late July. Really stoked to own it now.
I'm actually looking forward to watching it comfortably at home now, without some annoying teen couple sitting right behind me; one coughing profusely while not covering their ***ing mouth, & the other / cluelessly explaining each sequence as it unfolds.
I want to enjoy the cinema experience.. I really do.

100% Agree. If JGL can pull a bale and get real big, that'd be awesome. Not a complete reboot, but an origin story (somewhat of a continuation) slowly lead into the JL flick and will have an awesome lead.
How awesome would it be at the end of MOS to have, say gordon on top of the MCU, with the batsignal, talking to someone off screen about the events that just went down in Metropolis only to pan over to see JGl dawning the cape and cowl....
JGL: "I'll look into it"
The trilogy is over, they should just leave it as is. JGL would be laughable as Batman. Imagine his 15 year old boy voice saying "Swear to me!" If he's the next Batman then they might aswell have a spin-off story about Rachel dawes too.

Honestly, it wouldn't have been any less laughable than Bale's "Peanut Butter Jelly" grumbling in TDK and TDKR.
not sure what that means. His voice was kind of ridiculous in TDK, but atleast it was still menacing.

Avengers was excellent on first viewing.
I forget what he yells at the Joker on the highrise (it's unintelligible without subtitles), but it sounds like "PeanutbutterjJelly" And no, it wasn't menacing, unless you fear yellers with speech impediments.
