Just about everyone involved in the PSX versions are gone now aren't they? I know RE2 and 3 had completely different development teams if I remember right.

Exactly, that looks incredibly bland. And I never really liked that series anyway, too cartoony.

yeah, the best part is, you can clearly see this game has his style. The characters.. the settings.. everything looks great. I hope HT gets their hands on this



I hope they launch a nice limited edition

Why ht? Hot toys won't touch this and if it does it won't be for another year or so. I no they are good at making figures but why does everyone always want ht to make the property when you know damn well they won't. Neca or play arts or some Japanese company will most likely make figures.

"A lot is said about the saturation of this zombie, post-apocalyptic survival horror. But it is still alive and well. The Last of Us shows a good direction of what the consumers want. Tomb Raider as well, we spoke to R&D and they looked at that and they enjoyed that experience. I think that proves there is still a strong market for that sort of content."

There is also a strong market for Zombies and they can't even do that right.

There is also a strong market for Zombies and they can't even do that right.

But for the love of god, no more QTE's, Co-Op, or make it optional. No Plaga, Majinis, J'avo. Bring back the T-Virus make it more aggressive, make the zombies more dangerous and make them mutate into lickers. Don't cram too many characters into one game.

RE7 better not be like TLOU. I went straight from Tomb Raider to TLOU and it felt like the same game except you could not jump, it was an escort mission and there was no puzzles. Pretty much like modern RE

The longest parts of the game are crawling behind cover while you are trying to take out small groups of guys! It feels very Tomb Raider combat system especially in TR when you upgraded the axe and could run up and melee them and have to use QTE's mid fight to finish people off. Or using the bow to try and be stealth. Ellie and Joel have a Reverse Jake & Sherry thing going on with the girl this time being the one with the attitude and immunity to the infection.
