So Ezra is going to keep going on a psycho spree until he kills someone or himself and WB will hope it blows over so they can market ot as a Batman movie with Keaton as the face of the film.

They could announce positive things to deter from the huge backlash from heard and Ezra but nah they are going to sit on there hands like they always do and wait.

If they are cutting all the Amber Heard scenes from Aquaman 2 because she lost a civil lawsuit and pooped in a bed, there’s no way the studio will release this movie with him in it.

Not just this, but apply that to all these movies.

I’m sick of everything having to conform to some sort of continuity, especially when that continuity or “canon” is whacked. Star Wars or modern Star Wars is the biggest offender in this.

How about a new Superman movie that isn’t beholden to the events of Man of Steel, Justice League etc. Just make a stand-alone Superman with Cavill. Why does Keaton need to “replace” Affleck? Why do you need to create a universe? Why does everything need to connect?

That’s what was refreshing about Joker and The Batman, they were two completely separate entities doing their own thing. I wish DC/WB would do more of that.

I’ve had the scoops on these ****** DC movies since Batman v Superman. I remember describing the Armored Batman/Superman fight with the Martha and kryptonite spear **** and nobody believed me. That and all the justice league character appearances.

Keaton is certainly a safer, saner bet than Ezra Miller though.

This is the best thing WB/DC can do. Keaton is the perfect age, the aesthetic would make for yet another refreshing take on Batman's world, and '90s nostalgia is on the rise.

I dunno why everything has to be a cinematic universe these days. It puts so much unnecessary pressure on studios and filmmakers and doesn't guarantee box office bucks. Their options are limited by whatever came before and in the case of the DCEU, what came before is not worth the limitations it creates.

The Batman did great. Let the cursed DCEU die already, it started off half-cocked and what's left of it is now being beaten to death by actor drama.

Are they trying to keep this DC connected universe for Momoa and Gadot? They aren't even that great. Or was the Flash supposed to retcon or reset their **** attempt at matching the connectivity of the MCU?

I respect them by putting them in nursing homes... just kidding.

I agree that Ezra is not a good bet at all at this time but you'd want longevity if their plan is to play the long game of interconnected movies. He's 70. Also, it seems Batman Keaton is not as popular as Batfleck in the Asian region if Queen Studios are to be believed. You know these studios want their money, especially China.

I seriously doubt it. Maybe as an hbo max exclusive or something. No way they’re releasing this in theaters.
