I genuinely feel bad for Sasha she has an awesome bubbly personality and she was great in the role.

If if would make her feel any better there is always ****hub.

Damn Jye.

You’re in rare form tonight, dare I say, mean spirited.

Receipts show bad CGI doesn't help BO numbers.

In this day and age, people can easily wait a couple months for it to get streamed. And they will.
The CGI didn't bother me much (except of course for those super creepy babies at the beginning), but it's pretty much all anybody talked about the last couple weeks so I'm sure it had an impact on the box office and scared lots of people away.

I don’t see any universe where WB can continue making DC movies.

They’re going to sell the entire cape thing!

No corporation can continue to bleed out consecutively like this and remain afloat.

Layoffs are definitely coming.

The Batman wasn’t a mega hit either.

Muschietti ain’t directing any cape movie after this no matter what WB says to the media we all know that game already.

Harley standalone movie bombed
Suicide Squad bombed
Black Adam bombed
Shazam 2 bombed
Flash bombed

One after the other after the other after the other…

Hey WB remember when you thought BvS bombed at nearly 900 million..

Yeah I'm no James Gunn hater but I think they're seriously dreaming if they think their rebooted DC universe is going to do any better than the last few films. Since that bad taste is still going to be in everyone's mouth every time the name DC pops up on screen.

Smart thing would be to wait 5 years before trying again, but of course the studios are never going to do that.

Plus Gunn said this was the greatest comic book movie of all time... so he's either got terrible taste or he's a great shill. Either way, that's not a great sign.

Anyway, let's face it, we all already know exactly what the structure of every Gunn film will be. How long before that great formula gets old? Oh wait, that already happened.

If the movie does as badly as forecasts are suggesting we can forget ever seeing this figure.

Really sucks being a DC fan right now. If even Batman can't stop these movie's from bombing what hope is there for any of the other characters?

I'm a fan of Zack's trilogy but the absolute delight many Snyder fans take in this and other DC movies failing really irks. Difficult to see any future with the fanbase so divided.

I enjoyed the film but damn the cgi was utter trash. Ps2 level bad.
Snyder made the krptonians way better in mos. They felt dbz level in the movie. Here they were just slow and sluggish
Keaton bats was pretty cool.
Supergirl was nice
But yea this movie was a real downer. Kinda so so somber ending .
Uhhh I still hate the running.
It’s not the worst film I seen and it’s no where near the dark knight level. I have no idea who the hell would say that

Also if Ezra wasn’t a complete psycho I would commend him for his great acting. Dude gave a great performance but yea . It’s a solid decent movie but yea some will either hate it or love it.

Might be a cult classic one day

The weird thing is this film technically takes place in the Snyderverse. It just isn’t directed by him.

Snyder fans are an odd bunch. They only want films featuring his versions of the characters directed by him and just can’t accept the fact that he isn’t coming back.

Exactly. My best friend and I pretty much said the same thing when we were discussing the movie afterwards. To me, this movie showed that yes Zack’s casting was pretty good but he didn’t need to direct everything. Sure, let him direct the justice league movies if he wanted to much like Whedon directed the first two Avengers movies; but let others come to direct the separate movies, while Zack sort of keeps them in-line for the overall vision much like Kevin Feige originally did pretty well up to Endgame. Can’t say he’s doing such a great job now, but I think most can agree that he did a pretty great job handling the Infinity Saga. I mean the first Wonder Woman did so well b/c of Zack’s influence in the movie as a producer during production even though Patty Jenkins took all the credit. We saw what happened to WW84 when she actually did have carte blanche without someone steering her in a better direction.

Controversies aside, I think one's enjoyment of the movie probably depends a lot on how well you liked Ezra's Flash to begin with. Since his odd, quirky humor is on full display here. Fortunately I always got a kick out of it, but I suspect the general audience just never warmed up all that much to him.

He was just plugging it. No one can be trusted for their actual opinion anymore, except Billy Corgan. He has no qualms telling everyone about how dodgy the music industry is. Love that guy.

I really enjoyed it and as much as I despise Ezra Miller as a person, he is really good in this role.

The CGI was god awful...like I was watching The Polar Express at times. Absolutely no excuse for that in 2023.
