Now I´m working in two details for updating my poncho I will make two versions the fistfull of dollars one (new poncho, dark olive green with ivory marks) and TGBU one, (a dusty one, brown with beige marks).
Today I bought a piece of lambskin that I´m going to use for updating the vest. I will post pictures if it works.

Sweet hell that teaser looks amazing.
Paint looks great but I'm disappointed about the droopy angle, length and look of the cigarello. Looks rather fake and takes away from the fantastic sculpt. I'm sorry, but people just don't smoke like that. Hopefully, it's a small thing and can be fixed.

I think thats an unpainted/unfinished cast that was just put in there so it read as Clint and not just a bearded guy. I suspect the final one will look better, I can't wait to see the finsihed product and hopefully own one.

The Eastwood looks great but from the teaser picture you cant see the eyes so you really can't tell if it looks like him.
You think that's an unpainted cast of what? The cigarello? I don't understand what you're trying to say. Both it and the head are now painted.
It looks exactly the same as the raw cigarello cast in the previous shots, and hasn't changed except now it's painted brown and angled downward. The cigarello just doesn't look very good and can certainly be improved.
You can see that the pics of the raw, unpainted cast, which shows the whole sculpt, looks like Clint:

I doubt the painted version is a different or altered sculpt.
Also, zuno, any chance Rainman will produce an alternate head with no hat?? It would be fantastic if he did!
