Well it's smoking but a lot different than cigars and cigerettes. It's a lot easier on your lungs and less harsh and very calming to do. Whereas a cigerette takes a quick few minutes to burn down, you can smoke shisha for like 45 minutes straight and just hang out. Plus, you get a lot more smoke to **** around and do smoke rings and crap
