I know why. Ebay will only do something if someone reports it. There are tens of thousands of listings and they do not have the time to monitor them.

Sad to say that Ebay doesn't even do anything after someone has taken the effort to report shortcomings... I say Ebay sux.

i must have lucked out cuz i placed mine late on the 18th. i took too long to decide on Aragorn, and could have done w/o the pipe anyway, but Legolas just looks cool... and as usual, had to go back and order a regular aragorn just to complete whatever scene i wanted to have.

That's what I did. I had no intention of buying the LOTR figures, then I saw Legolas and ended up ordering both. I guess that's what you get when a company decides to pay attention to detail and quality. How dare they?!
