Nice collection P1X4R. Too bad you don't have any REAL limited Sideshow Marvel items.

My wife missed the delivery of mine...<sigh>.

Now I have to wait until tomorrow to see what number I get!

yeah they look really nice and since he's obviously tested the strength of the shelves i can put the PF and other stuff in them.

5/16" glass shelves are very strong, especially in shorter lengths. If these shelves were supported in the center, they would probably support close to 100 pounds each. Heck, I have a wood-and-glass stand with 3/8" shelves holding my very large, very heavy (180 pound) projection TV, and it has no problems.

P1,

What's the average price for one of these babies? I was looking at picking up a Howard Miller curio in the near future.

get ready for sticker shock! :D each cabinet is about $1K but the quality and craftsmanship is excellent. just ask MONSTER. he has these also. :)

i needed tall and strong display cabinets that had good visibility with mirrored rears. these were the best that i could find locally. i looked into online retailers but the shipping prices were just too much. as for dust these are not totally immune. i would recommend display cabinets with one entire sliding glass door. those to me seemed to protect from dust better. the ones i saw with this feature looked too old fashioned. i wanted a clean, modern look. however if you're not quite into spending that much i can recommend the popular IKEA Detolf's. i have quite a few of these myself. it's just too bad the shelves are not adjustable.
