Come on now, you can't be serious...I like some of them, like Joker's.
Well, I’m kind of stoked. After being too slow on the draw for The Laughing Fish on two occassions, I bid on one on eBay. Somebody outbid me, but, then, I got a message saying I had a second chance offer because the buyer dropped out. Long story short: those are now pushing $200+ and I wound up getting it for $145. I figure I’ll sell my His Silicon Soul AP to make up the difference and I’ll have my three most wanted in the form of the variant TAS print, The Demon’s Quest, and The Laughing Fish.
Nice! I would have liked to have gotten a few of them at retail, but there's too much stuff coming out for me to pay after market prices now. I'd end up spending $1000 for a handful of prints.![]()
Honestly, I’d love to have all the TAS prints at some point. The aftermarket seems like a nightmare to traverse, but I feel like if I go for stuff that I’m not interested in that other people are, I could always use it as trade bait to minimize the impact on my wallet.I’d like to have a place worthy of all the cool art someday, though. I’m really getting hyped about the fact that Bottleneck Gallery is doing a full-size print of Martin Ansin’s variant cover he did for Batman Beyond:

That's another one I'd love to get, but Bottleneck is getting to be as difficult to buy from as Mondo.![]()
That Terry is crazy good. How does that mask even work?it looks like a second skin.
said it once, i'll say it again...

been stuck way too much out of town for customer work!!!
put it this way... got 10gb plan on my phone for screwing off w/ the web... only have used 875mb this month!!! that's pathetic!![]()
I'm already irritated with work after my 3-day weekend to Dallas. I'm going to Vegas the first weekend in May for four days (which is probably too long to spend in Vegas
) for a convention so at least I know a little break is coming up soon.
I know I said I wasn't going to spend much on prints, but I actually got through for this one on Alex Ross's site.![]()
