I think it came from edward norton!

Ed: "I write it or you get another Banner"

Marvel: "ok" *bends over*

I'm really liking the new look! Gabberjawa's picture is the best I've seen of it:

So far so good. I hope the Hulk looks ripped in this one and not so smooth skinned. That was the part of Ang's CGI Hulk that I disliked the most, he should look scary not like a somewhat more muscular Shreck.
Having said that, I really liked the first one. I think Sirrobert is right on why people didn't like the first movie. I also think that it strayed too far from the comics a bit with Banner's relationship with his father. Still I thought it was a good story.

That picture of the Hulk looks amazing!! :rock :rock.....I guess those rumors that he might be grey were just that...rumors.:monkey2:monkey2 I still love my grey Hulk anyway. :inlove :inlove

Is this the only full body image so far? Quality wise, it's hard to tell if it's the final CGI hulk or just a marketing illustration. HULK's marketing images were quite different from the final film's CGI design.

Ang Lees HULK was a pretty good movie , but the problem was , IT FORGOT TO BE FUN ! At it's most basic , the Hulks stories were SF Monster/Action stories not Shakespearean tragedies . Subtext is one thing , but... Anyhow , THIS Hulk looks like a monster , I always thought the previous model was much too good looking ! Let's say I'm cautiosly optomistic about this one .

If Ang Lee's version had actually Hulk'd out earlier and sped up the action a bit it would have been fine. The scenes in San Francisco and the Desert were well done...

from what I remember they had to make that Hulk a dark tragedy of sorts to convince Ang Lee to direct it. I believe he turned the movie down intially cause he didnt want to do a superhero movie.

that image has to be just an Illustration. no way is that a CGI/movie accurate Hulk.
If it is, I only think its OK.

the thing i liked abut Ang Lee's vision is that it didn't try and tell a story like a comic book would... i love it when creators utilize their chosen medium... unfortunately he strayed too far from the source material and gave us characters we had no attachment to.

Actually I'd argue that Lee's Hulk made it more like a comic book especially during key scenes where the screen would literally break into panels. I thought it was an original take on this genre and definitely worth noting when comparing it to anything else but overall I think Lee's film was about Banner with the Hulk as sort of a side effect where as most of America was looking for a film about the Hulk.
