I believe the Thing PF has 2, and the Anakin PF has a regular and exclusive head.

Aren't those both exclusives though? I know Anakin is, not sure about the Thing though. Anyways I'm saying that I don't think the regular version of the PF will have to heads, and I think the exclusive will be the idol which mean no exclusive head. Although I suppose they could do both.

Sculpted hair is sculpted hair - with a removeable hat he'll either look bigheaded with the hat on, or the hair will be shaped funny when he has it off. I say, no to the removeable hat.

Yeah, it all needs to be sculpted together. It will look really silly otherwise.

I was momentarily confused and thought the bag visible in the preview image was the one he had filled with sand in the idol scene, but I was wrong when I double checked. No sand bag in sight.

I don't want to start anything here but the size of the zipper is a deal breaker on the Medicom Indy. Last week's Sideshow podcast addressed some of the issues with the jacket and to make the zipper functional it would have been out of scale. I think this may be part of the problem on the Medicom version. Instead, Sideshow went with a non-functional zipper that was to scale. I think the final product looks better. Frankly, I've seen way better sculpts and paint jobs on Indy right here on this site. Check out "mindbook" -a resident freak- for the best Indy paintwork I've ever seen. It was the first case of real envy I had on this site.

You could do what I do...pose your 12" figs like their PF counterparts...

Both Darth Maul and Sith Anakin are posed pretty much the same as their PFs in my collection...

And I don't have a single PF...
