Hot Toys has never used SDCC at a major launching pad for much. In fact, this yeat is probably its most significant showing. It's always been Sideshow turf.

Plus the random way pics get thrown out there doesn't allow for much in the way of build-up. Just way too much stuff blasted out in pics in one night.

You guys are expecting too much from HT here. They've always revealed most things before or after SDCC.

That said, I'm still betting that they will use SDCC to reveal Hulk.

Listen to this man, he knows his ____.

Won't lie, I'm really underwhelmed at the HT's showing this year.

I'm underwhelmed too but then, had we not already had the full reveals of everything they've shown except for the camo-tumbler and 60s Batmobile, we'd be singing a different tune. I'm most excited about NECA's SDCC display - Dutch from Predator, Hudson from Aliens, Kyle Reese from T1.

Neca making something other than Arnold or a Exo Skeleton from
T1! :horror

It's a very valid point. I just feel like the past few years, they've pulled out some key surprises.

Last year we got our first look at the Gantry, the '89 batmobile and '89 Joker at the fair.

In the past we got our first look at the Mars Attacks figures and the Platoon Chris Taylor at SDCC

Stuff that no one expected.

But I'm sure they're saving they're big reveals for the show in HK.

It is, but Jesus, man, they couldn't spend an extra 5min futzing them? Hopefully someone will stay late and fix them. :lol

MOM I'M going to throw a Tantrum if I can't get EVERYTHING.

I think this is the biggest display of new SS Figures ever at SDCC.This is HUGE and it's not completely set up yet.Everything looks amazing.Wait until everything is plugged in it's going to be so cool.

DC Superman PF and Green Lantern PF look good. And I really like the look of the Star Wars Shaak Ti PF a lot better than the Dio.

Thanks Josh

Hey Josh,

Can you take some shots of Scorpion (Mortal Kombat). He's beside the Sub bust. Pop Culture.

Thanks!

Cannot wait to hear your thoughts on Sauron.

:exactly:

Thor looks like a child that put on their parents clothing and Golden Age Cap looks like a Mego figure.
