My tracking has updated and mines on the way now.

I've very excited to see how this looks next to my modded cctoys HBO Joel. I have a feeling it's going to blow it out of the water out of the box

I agree, I think the coat is actually really nice and the rifle strap. Overall it's a decent figure but is let down by the headsculpt.

No fancy poses or anything lol. I just plopped them on a horse quickly. Work in progress. I’m currently working on getting backgrounds printed that I can swap out for this horse diorama.

The plan is to print out screenshots of 3 locations, the university, seattle day 1 and the seraphite island. I’ll be able to swap out the backgrounds with magnets that attach to the frame of the detolf. I’ll use the university background from the game for the HBO figures as well as the game figures. Super excited to finish this and take some pics.

yeah, it looks pretty good. It came a long way from the proto. I might have to pick this one up if I can find him.

Seems like he was worth the wait. ToysEra clearly put more thought into their Joel than CC did. The lazy hairsculpt on CC is especially inexcusable. Otherwise the figure is okay. But ToysEra seems more detailed. Even accessories like guns seem to be painted more realistically. Glad I waited.

Glad I held out also, looks like a home run of a figure. Likeness is pretty spot on tailoring etc looks great + it comes with a fair amount.

cc toys started bad with their sculpt tbh.

Headsculpt looks great to me, I would say he looks abit too clean from the review. The amount of accessories is great given the price point.

I really like the figure but could’ve done without a lot of the accessories lol. The beef jerkey, the generic waterbottle and the shovel he used in that one scene really don’t add much. Would’ve preferred a second angry headsculpt instead. But he turned out great. The essentials are there.

Maybe its just the camera angle or the cc hands are too small . In Breda’s review it looks fine

I was iffy on keeping this since a lot of the pictures of the headsculpt were making me think too much Charles Bronson, but Breda’s video sold me on the sculpt and I’ll probably end up keeping the figure.

They made a lot of changes to the sculpt during production so it’s different from the promo material

Haha yeah the jerky and stuff was uneeded I admit lol. The other stuff I might just put them around a diorama sorta display or something. Angry headsculpt would've been great, because the CCtoys one is not it
