I realize I'm late to the party, but just finished the story this weekend. Anymore, I don't have enough time to devote to going for 100% completion, but from a story standpoint, as well as a pure entertainment standpoint, this is the greatest game I've ever played. I was completely engaged. Amazing story, visuals, voice acting, music, action, you name it. Phenomenal.

I'd have to admit, I'm slightly depressed now that it's over..it's that good.
I'm planning on getting the soundtrack just to enjoy the experience a bit more. Also looking forward to the announced DLC...

from a story standpoint, as well as a pure entertainment standpoint, this is the greatest game I've ever played. I was completely engaged. Amazing story, visuals, voice acting, music, action, you name it. Phenomenal.

Can't imagine it not being GOTY. At least for me, it has everything I play games for: feature film quality story, characters and acting, not to mention an amazing soundtrack + thrilling 3rd person action with both brawling and stealth elements + repeat play potential.

I've played all the GTA games outside of V and none of them connected with me like Last of Us.

I've played all the GTA games outside of V and none of them connected with me like Last of Us.

GTA V is very generic and very boring very quickly. I dumped a good 50+ hours into this. If someone played both this and GTA V and picks GTA over this, they're just in denial or stupid.

Just voted this as GOTY. GTA was my most hyped game but failed to deliver enough playtime for me.
This will be the only game that i switch back to current gen to play the dlc.

It's become my absolute #1 game of all time, and understandably so.

My top 3 is TLOU, MGS (as a franchise) and the Arkham series (as a franchise).

And I really don't know what place to give each at this point, so all of them are all tied in the first 3 places

This game has soured me on pretty much everything else
I attempted to start Arkham Origins last night and 10 minutes in I was yearning for some fall foliage and moody guitar strumming. Looks like I may be revisiting TLOU sooner than later.

I listened through the soundtrack on youtube this morning - enjoyed it immensely. Funny confession of sorts, one of the best parts of this game for me was the start menu with the open window. The music played there (which I can't really tell if it's it's own track on the sdtk Any help there is appreciated) and the way the curtain just blew in the breeze was hypnotic....that and when the spores are floating on the screen just after that.
Such atmospheric presence in this game.
