Pshh i knew they were gonna go that route anyway. All this crap saying "we told the story we wanted to tell" is bull to me. They had a plan going in from day one and Ellie of course is gonna be the main character. It would be absolutely perfect if we got an older ellie.

No surprise really, just I didn't think they would continue with the same characters. I fear this might tarnish everything that was built up from the first game.

I think they know what they are doing. If you think about it having a grown up ellie doesnt really ruin the story. It will make her character more epic as we see this child grow to an adult and face the world as it is. I just want to see more Ellie as i feel she is a strong character.

Personally, I have no concern with that at all...nothing will touch the original for me. As long as they distance themselves from it, and it seems they will through age alone, I think we will be fine....assuming this is even concept art for TloU2

It can definitely work, but as you said I hope they don't recycle anything from the first game and keep it self contained. I honestly think it would be better if it's all about Ellie and Joel is retired.

Only minutes after we uploaded this article, Okon took to the comments in his Facebook post to explain that he was only teasing, the big jokster.

"Lol. This is how you know you are teasing your stuff the right way. So before its gonna get blown out of proportions [SP] - its gonna be strictly personal image. Is it about TLOU2? Not really... Maybe... Its classified ;P But seriously its gonna be just a fan art ;]"

I doubt it. Doesn't seem grand nor awe inducing to officially "leak" artwork from a supposed sequel. I think ND is just doing market research for now.

New mp update is out, at least in the U.S.; for those will the season pass, the MP portion will be a 2nd, separate download. In a move that is annoying, DLC playlists have been divided even further than before, with a DLC1 and DLC1, which is in addition to the Non DLC with and without parties option.

New update looks/plays great, except the whole dividing the crap out of players.

main reason I am pumped for the Ps4 version: all maps included - no need for 19 separate playlists

One is for everyone, one is for those that have paid for the season pass. New maps on the season pass side

Since some of this is piecemeal - how much / what will I need for just the SP difficulty?

And have we gotten any details on it, besides "it's really hard"?
