I contacted KG and they said they'd be getting theirs this week, but I haven't gotten an invoice from them yet.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully they do get their full order (at once) and everyone who POed gets an invoice. It seems like they tend to "forget" about PO lately.

I had to contact them recently, to remind them about a figure i had on order, following reports on another forum that fellow collectors had theirs shipped.

I had both FO Jet Trooper and Sith Jet Trooper on order and was only invoiced for the Sith version. First thought KG only stocked that one but then realized other collectors had both Sith and FO jet troopers shipped the same day.

Waited about a week, thinking my second invoice would turn up but it didn't. Checked their store and noticed it was in stock and available for order. Shot them an email enquiring about the status of my preorder and was invoiced the same day.

Do you know if you can pay an invoice without using PayPal?

I'm giving sideshow til Friday to ship mine then im canceling and ordering elsewhere. I should get my full nrd back plus payment because as of nov 1 this will be officially delayed. My original window was aug-oct

They did that to me once re a Marvel figure I had POed, I think it was Bucky. Everyone had theirs in-hand, and my ship date was like two months away. I politely contacted them with "why, please?" and even my correspondent had no idea why. My figure shipped a few days later.

They do accept most credit cards.

They did that to me once re a Marvel figure I had POed, I think it was Bucky. Everyone had theirs in-hand, and my ship date was like two months away. I politely contacted them with "why, please?" and even my correspondent had no idea why. My figure shipped a few days later.

They have been reliable until the pandemic. Then, i had troubles with Luke Crait and Director Krennic. Granted Hot Toys are also to blame for that situation but i would certainly have missed out on Krennic at least if i hadn't contacted them very early on when there were rumors of shortage on those.

They have indeed always been very polite in their communication and professional in the way they handled the situation. This being said, i know more than one fellow collector who got their "day one" preorders on both figures i mentioned cancelled as they did not monitor the situation closely enough .

Well, i pay all my orders thru Paypal. How did you pay for your deposit? It may force you to use the same source for final payment.

At this stage I no longer wish to give KG money I cannot get back.

The site says you can pay with a stripe (credit card) but does not say how.

Update 4 Mandalorian orders, 3 invoices, there is always something....

I see. Better get in touch with them to arrange a payment by credit card. Pretty sure they can provide you with a link to a payment page on their site.

Also. I see they charged 180HKD for shipment. Anyone ordering from KG having similar fees for standard shipment (not UPS/Fedex)?

Depending on how many flights are available to your part of the world, it should be on its way before the week-end.

I have been invoiced for the same shipping amount and I'm UK.

They used to charge 240HKD for a single regular sized figure.

The missing invoice has just turned up.

4 out of 4. Now you just have to switch them from Paypal to regular CC. Shouldn't take too long.

Shipping have been all over the place for me. Long gome are the days of free shipping with them but was only charges 150HKD a couple weeks ago for my Sith Jet Trooper as well as the FO jet Trooper a week later. Box must be slightly larger/heavier this time around.

Just tried a dummy in stock purchase from the site and it gives a credit card option or PayPal.

Their shipping was one of the reasons I started to doubt them, changing costs for the same figure.

I have a lot of pre orders with them but have not added any for a while.
