The jury is still out on too little too late.

That still might be the case though lets see.
Lol TBH am so sullen it was hard to whipsaw back to my previous glow of good feelings about the show.
But gotta admit looks like Favreau & co were back from vacation. Visuals, dialogue, acting all on point. Heroes and villains. Awesomeness and genuinely funny part.
Have my nits but happy. Lol completist collectors will be so po'd over the new stuff they gotta buy. :lol

The sequels content pulls me out every time…

Overall, cool episode though. Far better than last week. Bigger problem overall to me is that Din and Grogu are still passengers in their own show. Maybe if they do BOBF Season 2 they might get some focus again.

It’s not their show anymore.

I think people are forgetting that show is about Mandalorians taking back Mandalore and not one single Mandalorian taking back Mandalore.

We had two solid seasons of just Mando. It’s time to expand his group, just like it was in the animated series.

Ohhhhhhh DUHHHH!

Now that Gideon has horns it is obvious that the Armorer IS THE SPIE/TRAITOR! :horror

“It is always our own division that destroys us.”

I will say this could tie this together pretty well.

And I know you’re right on it not being their show anymore, I guess I have just been disappointed with the way they were pushed aside. That’s all. I do love Bo a lot. But the gunslinger vibe the show was sold on originally is long gone.

I call BS coz the show I got enthralled with was the everyman gunslinger whose life gets upended, not a sequel to Clone Wars and Rebels. Din D'jarin was the badass who could sit at a fire with Tuskens and throw his life away and go on the run for the sake of a child.

Wouldn't be the first time SW got cold feet about being original and figure Filoni loves his creations especially Ahsoka. And the idea of a movie mashup crossover must be irresistible.
Still,
Sounds like the script in this episode was saying Din will stick around until Bo gets settled, and it's the second time Grogu has been mentioned
as learning from someone else. I wouldn't be surprised if Grogu eventually returns to the Jedi. Thought it would be Luke but now Rey.
I'd be ok if Din walks into the sunset or heads back to Sorgan or whatever, because ultimately Grogu is gonna outlive him by hundreds of years.
The switch to the Bo show has been pretty abrupt tho. When is Din going to get loose so he can get his bros Cobb and Boba to join iin, and Fennec

Not happy about it either, even if Din D'jarin's world would expand, didn't see that turning into the Bo show. And I don't like BS gaslighting from showrunners. They may as well say we're doing what we want when we want, too bad if you don't like it.

Axe
flying off tells me he’s working with the Armorer as a traitor or he is the traitor alone and not the Armorer. One of those 2 are. When she was flying the injured to the ships in orbit you could tell she was up to no good. She or Axe or both freed Gideon.

This twist, if so, will actually be pretty damn amazing.
