This movie was bad, not awful like some people I heard afterwards talking about it, but it wasn't good. The thing that got me the most was that they quarantined the city and then they let people walk through freely? wtf? seriously? There was to much for me to look past for me to enjoy this movie.

So you're saying that the only movies you enjoy are documentaries then?

The Original is a great movie. It was when it came out, and it stil is today.

I will give the new one a shot. Probably once it comes out on bluray or netflix though.

i'm a sucker for war movies and loved the original.
but i think the younger generation wont get it or will have a hard time getting it. IMO, even vietnam era would be fuzzy as hell to them.
