This is exactly what I was thinking when I first saw it. Having just picked up an original beto head from a fellow freak (thanks to him), it seemed clear that this was a recast. The difficulty is though, it's the recaster or seller who is the one in the wrong. As more often or not the buyer genuinely doesn't know it's a knock off.

Any Time Ben :wink1:

Excellent start on your Myers DeathStroke75 :clap

My weathered coveralls are on the way to me as we speak and I also have a few other goodies coming to bash a third Myers. Pics to follow when I have everything in hand. :yess:

So i tried this craft fur like a few ppl on FB suggested to me and its utter ****... So I guess I will be buying some crepe or mohair as that stuff is nice and thick... But anyways heres my first hairing ever on a 1/6 Myers...Note this is just an old headsculpt I had laying around to use on it before I rehaired on my good H6

Bleach and Rita color dye.

Sent from my Vortex using Tapatalk 2

Bleach and Dye after is what I would do. I thought the longer you had it dipped in the dye the darker it got.

how long should i dye it for?
and what color should i use?...im hitting the stores later today.
thanks El Mocko and everyone else.

Buy the liquid Rit Dye instead of the powder, i seen better results with the liquid. Never pour the liquid on the fabric
trust me. Myers coveralls i perfer dark green color. People sometimes use a darker color.

I seen the color of your coveralls, people would bleach it first, I would skip that step, IMO

For only green color buy Rit dye Dark green.

If you like the darker coveralls buy Dark Green and Black, then mix together. Use more Dark green color and small amount of black.

Or if you like the blue use Navy Blue.

I tried and used all and like the results, the longer you keep your coveralls in the water the darker it will get.

and air dry when you take them out. hang them up some how, you don't want to leave one side on the floor

This should get you on going, The above is IMO. Enjoy

.....COOL BEANS, will do just that then...thank you

So could not find any Navy Blue nor Dark Green......but i did find this

Never used that color, Navy Blue, Dark Green and black are the ones I used that worked, not saying that won't might have to repeat steps to get the Navy Blue.

Denim Blue is not to far off.

if you can get your hands on Dark Green and Black use Dark Green when a hint of black is the way 2 go. I dyed my Jason Part 7 with these steps. I have pics for you I can show you after work, it will give you a better idea of color. Send me a PM if you like?

I got my Rit dye on amazon free shipping and like 6 bucks per bottle. Last resort try ebay.
