I think my prices are pretty fair. Espcially the Myers dio. That thing take a lotttt of work and engineering. I even went to the actual house in Pasadena several times just to get measurements and then shrink them down for 1/6th scale. So the price is definitely worth it.

At $350.00 it's a steal. At least I think so Jon.

So I had a guy on Facebook asking about my Myers house stands. He was asking about prices. So I told him $350, and he was all into it and liked my company Facebook page. Then later he asked how many figures were included for that price. I told him the price was for the diorama stand only. Then he goes on to tell me that Im a fraud and the price is a total rip off. He even went and unliked my FB page. Im just sitting here like what the hell??

I told him a Myers figure alone would run around that price by itself. He didnt believe me.

I know this stuff is expensive as it’s a niche market but to go to those lengths after is a bit extreme

One guy missed an auction so asked if I can sell a SOTD head for the same price. The bid ended on £100 so I was happy with that.

I sent him a price with shipping and he said WTF I thought it was £20?

I sad that was the started bid it ending on £100, that’s they call it an AUCTION.

He didn’t message back

Oh no doubt Jon, that is a great price and we know from being on these boards and looking at your website the hard work you put into your customs but I imagine a 'fresh meat' collector would have no idea of the in's and out's of a customizers work load.

I think when someone starts out as a collector, they may not even know that it's custom work. So if you think that something is a mass production then it would seem like a lot of money. When you add the time, money and hard work put into a head sculpt for example, you can understand why someone may want between $100-$150 for a good head sculpt. But if you're new to the game your wouldn't get all that effort put into it, even more so if you think it's a mass production piece.

I would agree too Zsasz. After being in this game awhile and seeing the work you do, I would gladly pay what you're asking if I could. Your work is top notch. As is alot of work by customizers on this board. I just wish I had more money.

Not heavy at all. Just awkward because I think I threw out a piece that stabilizes his torso to the legs so it kind a wobbles if it's not on the metal stand. Plus it's almost 6 ft tall lol!

Nah not big mac for Jason's shirt. Same brand as before (dickies). I switched the Myers and Jason mannequins so they were both accurate height wise. Myers got away with the old coveralls but the shirt and pants on Jason are a tad bit too small. The pants I can also get away with, but the shirt needed to be much bigger. So I'll try it on later and see if it works or not.

Right on man. I have one vintage olive green big mac shirt I found on ebay, but haven't seen anymore pop up. Not that I've been looking too hard. So one of my Jason masks has a shirt, the rest don't.

Guys I'm new to building a custom 1/6th scale figure and could use some guidance. I purchased a H1 Myers painted head sculpt from Ones Customs today and need advice on which body to go with. He said use a muscular build one. Can anyone point me in in the right direction online? I would like something where I won't have to do any flesh painting to make him look correct. I'll need boots and coveralls too but I know the coveralls are expensive so that might be a month or so down the line.

I used HT Bruce Banner bodies for my Myers. IMO they work great. Jungle boots also from HT Platoon figures. [emoji6]

Lol good luck finding a banner body. I've been looking for quite a while. I will not buy a full figure just to get a body.

Yep, I bought them both on eBay. One was loose for $69.00 w free shipping and I bought a full figure new for $145.00 shipped. I thought that wasn't bad so I jumped on both. I think I saw somebody here in the for sales section selling one for $130.00 just not sure if it includes shipping or not. [emoji5]️

Sweet deal man. I bought Banner for the body. He's still in the box as I look for a head. I've contacted One about getting a HS with no response.
