Anyone checked out the British Academy Film Awards posters? Here is the Zero Dark Thirty one, I love it!

I don't usually post infos, but this I really dig...

At Gallery nineteen eighty eight tonight, part of their product placement show:

I totally forgot my BF is in LA this weekend! :slap

They're on their way to the gallery now! :D

And to think, I was gonna call Swabie to see if he could swing by and get me one tonight! I was wracking my brain trying to figure out where I could call in favors in LA...

Guess this isn't happening anymore.

Yeah they don't have their act together it seems. The facebook posts are gone now too. I remember reading that they had problems before with facebook and their site. I don't use facebook so I don't know. But this is strange and there are a few posts asking about it on facebook without responses. It looks like this is a third party company. This should have been handled directly.

Edit - They were supposed to be selling these in New York and San Francisco I believe. I don't see anything up on eBay either.

Just scored a screenprint of Bernie Wrightson's Frankenstein "A filthy process" that was just released. Was limited to /100 and signed by Bernie to boot! Very happy to get this one. The line work is amazing!

The servers were absolute crap too. Think under the floorboards (or whoever did the whalen charlie brown series) and then some....

That's one of the plates in his amazing Frankenstein edition from years ago. If you love that you should track down at least the re-released Dark Horse hardcover of the entire work. It's simply stunning.

Nice pickup! :D

Thanks for the tip. After checking the print out I did some looking at his stuff and read about the book. I might have to do that. Though, by the way they sounded they may make a series of prints from the book (or at least his work.) If they do, God, I hope they upgrade their servers or move to something different....

I was able get through on my phone. While the page did keep crashing, I got my order in six minutes after it went up. I hope I'm as lucky for the next one.

Btw, I love the eBay prices! :lol

It's nice when you can find out about a print in email on Saturday morning, have it picked up and flown home to you on Sunday night, and get a fairly decent frame on clearance at Michael's (thanks to the standard print size) on Tuesday evening.

Now, I just have to get permission to hang it downstairs. Yeah, right! :panic:

Sorry to post so much about one print, but I really do like it...

Oh, and it's sold out now too. :D
