They couldnt fine you if you bought it from a store. They fine stores for selling it early and fine people who get illegal copies but if you buy it legally early they cant touch you. If you get something 2 months early it is likely illegally obtained.

i know that but i can bet you any money people got them all hacked on the pc version already playing right now.
