I played last night multiplayer for an hour or so before i had to retire to bed since I didnt take off work...I should have.

I dont want to start the campaign til Im just sitting with nothing to do then I'll start campaign. From what i seen on multiplayer though the game is totally sick!!!!

Just got it, first impressions were great, then I got to the airport, had to stop playing it after about 30 seconds. Way, way too brutal and realistic, just made me sick looking at the dead women, and men crawling away, people being shot while trying to help others, the game looks too real for all that. Plus how many people were being gunned down, the volume was alot more then I expected. It just wasn't fun.

I love Doom 3, Bioshock, etc, this was just too much. I'll pick back up in a little bit after skipping that mission.

I too found that a bit too near knuckle, but I did not shoot any civilians, and at the end of the day we were warned before we started the game and given the option to skip it

Game is sounding pretty badass. I need to decide if I want to get this, Left 4 Dead 2 or Dragon Age now. Not the money but I like buying one game at a time, the days of buying 3 or 4 games at once and then taking a year to play them are over.

Yea, again I was just caught off guard by how many people were murdered.

I thought you'd walk in, they'd shoot 10 people, everyone else would run, and you'd get into it with the security force, but it was just waves of civilians after another. When I looked down over the railing and saw like 200 people layed out downstairs, I just said enough.

Said the man whose signature is a flash flood of blood and murdered girls.
:lol

:lol That should say all that much more about how brutal this game is. Not knocking it, going to go play some more right now, just saying that whole level was way more then I expected and I opted out.

I didn't get to go to the midnight release, my wife wasn't feeling well and i didn't want to leave her to go pickup a Video game so i'm going today on my lunch.

I have a few BB and Futureshops (CDN version of BB) around me so i'm sure i'll find one.

Did anyone pick up the Prestige edition? is it worth it?

as expected, the ??????? at worked has called in sick so i have to cover his shifts as well as my own so no multiplayer for me for at least 7 days :(
