Guys i need some help. i crumbled and got mine 2 days ago. I opened it last night to inspect it but do not yet have the space to display it.

The base has a chip and i just want to ask current owners if the feet will cover the chip or if i need to ask for an exchange. I have no space to put it together (that plus no one to help me to put it together, hence my question).

I would retun it anyway...they will probably only send you another base. No need to replace the whole statue...though I would probably check the rest of the statue before you call them about only the base.

I had wanted this thing so damn bad... been away for a while. Did they ever do anything about the egg shell casting and shipping issues? I'm guessing they didn't but figured I'd ask, because if they did, Sideshow has $2,000 coming to them...

I would highly doubt they would change the way they cast it after the fact. You would probably have a lot pissed off people.

I know I am a little late to the party on this one, but the lower legs seem a bit "off". Not enough definition. In the film the calf section appears to be a bit more voluptuous if that makes sense.
Also 2k on a hollow cast statue without a single moving part seems a bit excessive. Not hating, I would love to own one of these things but when I see what hot toys is doing for about $150, $2000 seems a bit high
