That's awesome dude! I like how Dusty's confirmation emails are always personalized. I got my second email today as well.

Though many of us may take Dusty for granted, she really does go above and beyond what is expected IMO. Most other companies would be thrilled if she just spelled our names right in our confirmation emails, let alone actually personalize each one AND communicate with us on this message board too!
