I'm seriously considering giving up this line and going back to my weta roots. It's just their is no excitement in it for me, like there was for weta. so i'm just gonna try and track down a few oldies me thinks.

I think we just need to be patient. I believe that the first two releases in this line are superior to their SS/W counterparts, and as time passes we will continue to be happy with the results.

I won't give up on the line, but I can say that my money may go to other things, therefore making me a lot more selective in choosing pieces from it.

I won't give up on this line either. I just want some new announcements. We've only had Aragorn from the new LOTR line thus far and Legolas and Boromir seem to be quite far away in the schedule. Of course, a 1/4 Nazgul from Sideshow would make all the long wait worth it.

Well for all you doubters out there I think you will find the next PF is well worth the wait..............

While I can certainly understand the wish for a Gandalf Grey or White or Saruman, I'd prefer receiving a character we haven't gotten yet in the Weta line. And the 3 previously mentioned have an AWESOME representation in the Weta line. I ordered Strider 12" because I didn't want to spend $650+ on the Weta one, I didn't order Legolas or Boromir 12" because I DO have them in bust and statue form (and Legolas twice in statue). I DID order Faramir 12".

So please give us characters we haven't seen yet, like Prologue Elven Archer or Denethor, Eomer, Pippin in Hobbit clothing etc. Denethor on his Steward Throne with cloven horn?

Personally, I wouldn't care too much for any orcs. Armored Lurtz is truly awesome but I don't know that I could be convinced to buy any other kind of baddie (guess we'll see what SSC comes up with )

But yeah, the wait for announcements, never mind releases, is dumbfounding. To wait is to torture yourself, so I just as well forget about it.

Wrath of Sauron seems like an optimist ......but regardless, I doubt I'll be disappointed by the next announcement. Any characters at this point are much appreciated.
