The Punisher custom

Well, in the space of 2 hours, the knife for the punisher has been made!

It was made from the specs on the Relentless Knives website for the 'M4X' Knife, so it is 15" in 1/6th scale.

If there is interest in this knife, we will cast it up in metal and sell it at the cost of the mold material (already got the metal for casting)

So yes, here's the photos - it is not PERFECTLY accurate, but it is pretty damned close.

Here it is in a hand to show the scale of it:

Don't worry about scratches on it - once molded and painted, they will be invisible.

Well, the stuff for casting will be roughly £20, so at the moment for a basic cast if only 5 people get it, It's be £4 per knife.

The more people want it, the cheaper it will be =]

Well since it's a Punisher custom thread.
I post here my new WIP Punisher Bradstreet inspired.
He's not finished yet but wanna share with you.
The angle of the camera make the head a tad big but in real it's the perfect size.

excellent work. can i ask how you got the logo onto the base or did you use an existing one if such a thing exists?

Hi people.
I've bought two bottles of silver paints from tamiya (silver and flat aluminium) but they aren't good, the aspect isn't like metal.
Do you guys know any paints that is better than that?

I used Krylon chrome (spray cap looks chrome). It's what I used on the Punisher guns. It looks a lot more realistic. Mask off with tape not liquid mask, you'll never get the liquid mask off after spraying.

Happier with the results than with regular silver paints

Thank you knuckle. But if this paint is spray I can't import it, because it's flammable liquid, and ebay sellers doesn't ship this.
By the way, nice punisher. Where did you get that headsculpt?

Amnur, that sucks. I'll do some hunting & see what I can come up with. Have you checked hardware stores for the Krylon. Mine came from Canadian Tire, huge hardware chain. Also avail at Wal Mart.

Yeah, the sleeves are on the way.

The images look great, the lighting in fact enhances the sculpt. Nice, not crappy at all.

I'm gonna be adding the knife on his L side, did a hunt for film props so I can get it all right. Also considering an entirely new vest. The shoulder pieces are mismatched in the film.

The problem would be to find a vest that has to be accurate. The vest in the movie is very specific in terms of details. WHat i have done is just reduce the size of the shoulder and also the length. I have repainted the skull much bigger also.
What do you mean by mismatched?
