No, Cap is a soldier. He represents his version of the American dream. He has gone against his government many times when his beliefs have been challenged. He stands up for whatever he believes is right regardless of whoever is in charge of the government.

That all being said....that Punisher story line blows. This would be a MASSIVE pass for me. If it does get made I hope it is a PF!
