I use the Bose in ear headphones and they are wicked nice.

How do they fit?? The only earbuds I like are the cheap Apple ones that came with my old iPhone. Every other pair I've tried always fall out of my ears when I start working out. Once they start getting sweaty I spend a good 4-5 times wiping them off and putting them back in my ears.

well they come with three different sizes of covers. and the new headphones have a nifty new cover that they say is better for people who are exercising

Horrible time for Spooks this week, going on the cut before winter, will be doing two cardio sessions per day, deadlifts @ 4:00 am will not be fun and I plan to do the 30 second rest between each set until the goal of 550lbs is met on the bar no matter how many sets it takes. One day I will video tape this. :lecture to really show the extremities.

Wish me luck :rock

GET EM SKI!!

I kinda like being written off as a little guy, as if since I have a smaller build I can't be in shape or be just as strong pound for pound with the rest of them. I like the adversity.

My chest is so sore today I can't even move. I'm just under 5'9'' and weigh about 136.6, with very little body fat on me. I just lost over 15 pounds coming down from over 150. It was all mostly excess weight in my stomach that I didn't need, and I built up more muscle...so replacing fat with muscle and losing weight is fine by me.

I need to get my bench back up to 215. Which when I weight about a buck fifty wasn't too shabby.

Anyone here knows anyone that can get me a great discount for 24hr fitness? Since they started the whole fingerprint thing, I cant use my brother's id anymore

Hit a milestone the other day..I was able to get up to 170lbs for my dumbbell bench press..And for me that's alot, heh...So I'm happy for my lil achievement :D

:rock Good job man. I find dumbbell presses harder than regular bench presses. I did 85lbs a couple weeks ago, but I prefer to do 4 sets of: 65,65,70, and 75lbs.

Thanks guys...Yeah, I've been feeling pretty good and strong during my workouts, just gotta keep it up..
