Personal I find anything besides roiding up natural. If it's in the body then I consider natural. A little extra caffeine, some creatine, extra protein, etc... that is all natural additives that exist in the body.

It's whenever some that is roided up and gains 8lbs per week of muscle is where I don't agree with. They are able to recover instantly that day/night and probably pack on a few pounds of muscle.

For the average male, 2lbs of muscle is right on per month, that is if they are working hard of course, so by quadrupling that a week in mind is cheating. It's the reason I will never do a unnatural show, it's just too much of a unfair advantage.

Damn. That's a lot.

I just checked. I'm no longer obese, just overweight.:lol:lol:lol According to that thing I should weigh under 150. My brother who is the same height was once around that. People thought he was sick. That thing is seriously flawed.

Whats your height? Because when I was 150 I was in the best shape of my life.

I agree, I don't see taking a supplement with creatine, protein or caffeine as not being natural. Steroids or HGH is another thing altogether, I think then it's pushing it a bit too far.

I'd rather just give my body more of what it creates itself or gets from food, to me... that sounds pretty damn natural. But everyone has an opinion on it. It's a personal preference thing.

It's no joke Triple BBB, I have some friends that are monsters and my girl is so worried that I'll actually join them or that they try and force me into trying stuff :emperor

but I've always told her that I want children and I don't think "you know what" is worth shrinking over muscles :lol Plus their mood swings, fat gains and acme is horrible and for what, so they are big for a few years, then the kidneys fail and you shrink back down to normal size of an average male 170-190 with slight tone.

Check out Flex Wheeler and Kevin Levrone these days, they are no bigger than I, pretty sad if you think about it.

edit: I have this friend that has not laid of roiding for 5 years straight, he's at 275lbs and he cannot lose weight properly with a good clean diet, he's come to me for advice and everything we've tried still doesn't work, he's metabolism is so ^^^^ that he's having trouble metabolizing fat anymore, only 37 years old as well. He's going in to the doc for blood work and see what can be done...

:lecture Well said.

You can definitely feel the difference when you are going full tilt all week naturally and when you are doing the same with a supplement. It's night and day.

When I was not taking one, my bench was very low. I was benching maybe 85-95, but with a supplement just a week later I was benching 130 the same amount of reps and sets.

Thanks for the explanation. Are you doing 5 straight days a week, because I know what you mean about getting warn out, that's why I switched to every other day, 5 straight I could never achieve the same at the end as at the start, but every other day, i can keep up and go beyond.

Yeah, according to those things, I should be about 212-233. I'm aiming for 260 right now, that's 30 lbs from now. It's hard to judge, but I have a feeling when I reach 260, I'll look healthy, I can't imagine 233, but if 260 isn't low enough I'll keep going.

That's definitely the right choice.

Yeesh. That sucks. For years I thought I couldn't lose weight. Turns out I was just really ^^^^ing lazy and ate like crap.:lol:lol:lol

No problem. And yes, I am going Mon-Fri. Cardio every day, 20 mins plus weight training. It's helped out a LOT. I learned a lot of stuff from this thread and from Bodybuilding.com that helped me develop my routine and give my body the help it needed.

It really keeps me going, and that extra boost helps keep me motivated as well. When I first made the switch from 3 days a week to 5 it was tough. My body was not wanting to do all that, and didn't have the fuel because of my diet. I was worn out every day. But now, I feel like a beast every day. I am sore, but entirely motivated. It's been an incredible boost for me.

And Skiman, sorry about your friend... that really sucks. And that is why I will NEVER do that stuff. My uncle used to do it, and when I went to his home gym he tried to get me on it... but I refused. It's just not my thing. I don't think it's really the right path for anyone, it can only end badly. You may have great results at first, but it never lasts. And you are pretty screwed later.

0mega 3 the living ^^^^ out of him dunno...

DA is gonna get me buying superpump if he don't shhhhhh.
Seriously i would take it if it didn't have sucralose and the other stuff in it. (i'm against the health effects of unnatural sweeteners)

I'd take white flood but it has caffeine in it and i'm super sensitive to that stuff. (if there was a version without it i'd jump on it) I need a preworkout supp without sucralose or aspartame and no caffeine

Yeah, Superpump is working out great for me. It does have Sucralose in it though..

I am looking forward to taking the White Flood when I get done with my SP cycle. On the BB.com forum I got a sample stack sent to me free... which was cool of Controlled Labs. I'm getting samples of Golden Gains, White Flood Tablets, Green MAGnitude sour apple, Purple Wraath Lemonade, and REDuction. Pretty cool, and now I can see if maybe White Flood will give me more of a boost than SP does.

On a total tangent... I am eating my chicken pita right now and it is FANTASTIC. Who knew healthy food could taste so damn good? :rock

It will mean that when I get there. :lol

:lol:rotfl:lol Steak N Shake... Watch out, I'm comin to get cha! :lol

No though, I have changed my eating habits completely. I think and I hope it's a lifestyle change. It's the only way. I was eating so poorly. I am just glad I didn't let it go too far because I don't think I would have the dedication that most others have in this thread.

I should just go on the Christian Bale "Machinist" diet for a few weeks, that should do the trick :lol

I have never understood how some actors are able to plump up and then shed off the weight so quickly. It takes a long time in either direction for me. More time to shed it off. I would be worried about putting weight on just for a role.

:lol Yeah, that will definitely do the trick. Drink water, take a vitamin and eat AIR. :lol

And Rory, I know the feeling. I'm not on this diet for the small goal, I'm in it FOREVER if I can. I want it to be a lifestyle from now on. I might allow myself a cheat here and there to remain sane, but never again will I eat with reckless abandon and just let myself go.
