Pete that's awesome! I always wanted that one but at the time could t afford him. I use to own the Street Prophet EX from The Dead Line. It was pretty sweet! I wish I didn't sell it and wish I could of collected more of that line.

Thanks, its not a well known character, but it could have been, this figure was supposed to be Rocky Balboa for GIJOE, but because the deal with Stallone didn't work out they turned him into a Cobra Villain
