No, they are no rereleasing these. George Lucas swears he will never release the holiday special ever again. That is until he can find a way to redo all the special effects and put it on Blu-ray/HD-DVD.

Isn't it Lumpy? Not that that's any better.
And why does LFL allow this video to stay up? Even if Lucas doesn't plan on releasing it on DVD, you'd think for copyright reasons it would be taken down.
