I agreed with most of the inclusions (those Spiderman figures are head scratchers) except for the Obama figure. In this modern era of action figures, figures of the Prez is really nothing new. The likeness and articulation is fairly decent for the figure. I think the author is just taking some time to do some political bashing.

To assert my own political agenda, I find THIS figure to be far more stupid (and just a tad offensive) than the Obama figure:

Political figures on the whole, are a FAIL (regardless of whom). But, quite frankly, the Obama figure is decent if you're interested in kit bashing the clothes and the flag. In fact, the flag is PERFECT in quality and size - I bought one for my Jack Bauer figure.

I'm with you. The Obama figure is no more or less ridiculous/boring/pointless than a figure of any other U.S. President.

That flightsuited Bush figure was in sharp contrast a blatant political statement by BBI about a controversial subject. The fact the "Mission Accomplished" spectacle is now regard as a cringe-worthy moment in light of subsequent events, even by Iraq War supporters, says it all.
