I remember reading previously that they could produce an episode in a week, giving them a very quick turn around on current affairs. It's one of the things that makes the show great. They generally do a good job of keeping them rounded enough to keep them timeless. An episode from 5 or 8 years ago is still damn funny today. ;)

Yes, they did a special a couple years ago where they showed how they make an episode in one week and are delivering to the CC location in NYC for broadcast minutes before they were late :D

It is a consistently funny, well done satire. This week's gluten/ebola deal was hilarious.

I saw that special. Very cool to see how they put a show together in a week.

I loved the tribute to The Stand with Cartman's dream and Aunt Jemima. :lol

Which one was that?

A few of my favorite episodes -

- Ginger Kids

- Scott Tenorman Must Die.

- A Nightmare On Face Time

South Park is a show that has only improved over time IMO.

Scott Tenorman Must Die is the single greatest South Park episode ever.

"Oh, the tears of unfathomable sadness"

On top of that, Radiohead.

Don't they usually do that black and white one around Halloween?

I'd like to see last season's finale before the new season.

This week's past episode about gluten/ebola.

Scott Tenorman is my favorite episode. "Knowing full well that Kyle would betray me..." :lol

Meh, so what. People's *** lives haven't been a huge plot point in the show. It always been something spur of the moment, so I don't think Daryl turning out to be gay will be a big deal. A lot of fan girls might be disappointed, but then maybe the "If Daryl dies, we riot" crap will go away. He'll die. Its just when, not if. People need to accept that. Carl is the only safe character at this point, but Rick won't be going anywhere anytime soon. Even Michonne could die. Again, not likely given her comic book lifespan, but they've shaken things up before and could do so again.
