Yeah, no way the Tiger could have been overpowered so easily, unless he had been already injured by gunfire or something.
I am sadly in the group that thinks the show has fallen off the quality cliff. I tend to find it very hard to give up on a show I've already invested so much time in, curiosity trumps my tolerance for poorly crafted entertainment.
Had the show started off this bad, I would have never made it past 3 episodes.
Echoing my sentiments as well. I do wonder are they ever going to get back to Gabriel/Negan? writing quality has for sure gone downhill, and they are going to milk Negan as long as possible, but even his story arc needs to be drawn to a closure as does the overall arc of the show.
St. Elswhere ending perhaps is where we're headed!!!! Rick wakes up in hospital after suffering the gunshots from first episode, and is surrounded by Shane, Carl, his wife, etc...all a bad dream, which at this juncture could surely wrap this up THIS season. Finish up Negan/Savior 'war' and then boom, it's all nothing but drug induced coma bs. If they really wanted to be cute they could end it like that with the Rick waking from coma, and then have the last scene be a news story on TV about some weird sickness which turns people into zombies....fade out....mind blown.....
