Re: The Walking Dead - TV Series on AMC

I really do not get the complaints about the girl, it really hasn't been that bad. Yes they bring it up every episode and do focus around it but it also forces other issues, which again is the point of it, it is helping building the team dynamic and who is the leader and who wants to be the leader and how Rick is the leader but doesn't always make the best decisions. At least they will be getting off the farm soon. Staying at the farm any longer will be incredible lame and not drive the story forward.

Once they found out what is in the barn, they will be out of there with or without Sophia. :lol

And it's all about you right? Get over yourself. We all joke around on here and if you are that thin skinned then I feel sorry for you.
Well I just gotta respond. I didn't make it about me, you did. I don't take myself serious enough to "have to get over myself". I don't find jokes being compared to a potential child molester funny. If you don't get that then I feel sorry for you.

I'm sure the s__'s gonna hit the fan as soon as the show comes back from break. After that, and quite possibly a death or two... they'll be off the farm and back on the road.

Dunno if this is spoiler material, but just in case a word or two is... My guess is they'll axe Shane at some point between leaving the farm and getting to the prison. And they'll meet Tyreese and co. and Michonne on the way to the prison.
If they don't... :gah:

PS. Is it too early to start the campaign for Gina Torres as Michonne??
:monkey3

When we first started reading the comics, way before the show started, we had already wanted Gina Torres to play her. So we're not late to the party. Just late to bringing it up here.

She would be an awesome choice to play Michonne! :yess:

Now I can't picture anyone else in that role.:gah::lol

My post was referring strictly to casting of the role being a done deal. From what Kirkman says she's definitely making an appearance this season, but he wouldn't answer how soon.

I heard or read the same thing too. I am guessing they will wrap up the farm story in the next two episodes on a cliffhanger and then when the show returns in Feb they will hit the road and maybe that is when they will meet Michonne.

She would make a great Michonne! :rock

I'm still wondering if Tyreese and Company will be featured in the show. I hope they are!

Again, not saying it is or isn't real, but just to show how easy it is to fake stuff like this:
