Re-watched the pilot. You know, I like this series a lot and have watched every episode but I gotta say; they've never been able to top/equal that first episode. For me at least.

For me, nothing else has matched

Morgon struggling with having to kill his zombie wife.

So much about that first episode and the tone in it, really stands apart from the rest of the series. Which is weird, since most shows get better and even more shows suck when it comes to their pilot.

I went back and found my initial reaction to the pilot:

I thought it was good, but for some reason it made me very uncomfortable. I'm not sure that's the word I wanted to use, but I seriously felt odd afterwards.
