scary how beth is smarter than the kidneys who played her on the talking dead. she snapped at the doc and reference the painting.

For those of you that've read the comics:

I'm wondering if the hospital group is one of the groups Negan uses for resource collecting. Comments were made by the cops that their hands were tied, everyone pays, and I think they even mentioned a "he" or "him" a couple times.

Anyways, if my theory is correct the hospital group could be the lead-in to the Negan storyline.

The payout was good in the end, so much for them culling the weak to serve, whether Carol was faking it or not, it's not going to change the outcome once she wakes up. Someone's getting bent over without the lube. :lol

Despite the 100% likelihood of being crucified, I thought it was a ****ing good episode tonight. I was a Carol fan from the start, and feel the same way about Beth. She's grown immensely and I like what she brings still. They don't keep people on here just because they're pretty. Except Daryl, because his grubby unapologetic ex-Nazi redneck *** undeniably secures a solid female base. Beth has a lot of story to tell, and I enjoyed both the cabin episode with her and Daryl, as well as tonight.

Christ, weren't people pissing and moaning "Wut aboot teh citiez?!!!" not so long ago? Well, there ya go.

I didn't know what you were getting at originally, but with that thought in mind, I just rewatched it and I think thats exactly what the Dr. was referencing on the roof. I guess I hadn't put much thought into his babbling the first time around, but when you're looking for it.... :horror

:goodpost:

I remember everyone wanting Carol to become Walker chow and now (nearly) everyone is cheering her on. :lol

While the episode was slow, I thought it was good and not as bad as some are making it out to be.

I seriously doubt Carol is faking anything. I bet she got hurt/captured by the hospital guards when her and Daryl were following the car with the white cross in the back window. Noah must run into Daryl during his escape and is the person that Daryl says to "come on out" when he is talking with Michonne. Noah will give Rick's group the run down on the place and they will go in to rescue Carol and Beth. I am guessing this will take place over the next three episodes and take us to the mid season finale with the hospital storyline being wrapped up one way or another. Second half of season will be on the road to DC.
After watching the replay I would say Carol is totally faking. No visible wounds or blood. If Noah told Daryl and Carol what was going on in the hospital, Carol was the more likely to be able to fit in. If she wakes up and is all first season weepy Carol expect Terminus annihilation 2.0 on Dawn and the mall cops. Is the guy who fell out the window the same person they showed Abraham beating in next weeks preview? They said that guy fell out a window trying to escape walkers but his face was all beat up. Now that Herschal is gone I can see Rick's group sparing the doctor and taking him with them.

I actually thought it was very good. And this season has been outstanding so far. I like when new groups are introduced because you find out their disfunction despite their benevolent 1st appearance.

I thought it gave Beth a chance to shine a bit. Like carol her character has come a long way. And I loved the slo mo escape scene at the end. Plus it's a real comment on the rule of law with cops, believing themselves to be doing good, are running a detention camp.

And I don't think these guys are mall cops. Each carries a gun and a full belt. Plus you see the main one getting an award in that picture. Doesn't really happen with mall cops.

Noah mentioned Richmond, Virgiinia was a walled city, wonder if we will get to see it on the way to D.C.

Though it begs the question, if Richmond was so safe, why'd he leave? Was he looking for family?

I don't think the episode was bad, it can't always be non-stop, edge of your seat tension, they have to give the viewers a chance to breathe.

And Yes, Carol definitely went in with a plan, she knows she looks like a harmless, middle aged Mom. Judging her book by it's cover will cost them dearly.
