In case there are any buttons peel off, I hv spare buttons attached in the parcel and you may fix it as below :

1. Usd a clip and put the button on the right position
2. put the iron on the clip ( not the button ) and add the steam
3. the coating at the back of the buttons will melt that the button will be fixed on the shirt.
4. press and add some pressure on the button by yr figer and made sure it is firmly fixed.

I know huh?! I've been holding off putting that one darn button replacement on...

So, correct me if I'm wrong, but using pliers, tweezers, etc. you hold the button in place- apply the iron / steam to the pliers and the heat transfers to the pliers, down to the button and Presto! It's done?

Yes, both heated plier and steam will melt the coating underneath the button

Glue works much better. Whatever is on the back of those buttons doesn't work worth a crap, hense having to put replacement buttons on. The ones I've glued on haven't been a problem since

They used the holster from a figure called "officer burns"... I believe too many people must have used it, because I've never seem one for sale since then!! Even on ebay! This is the truly Grail! Must have only one left in the world...

No, we used the belt from Burns. The holster is totally wrong. The T-1000 would be perfect if it wasn't a lefty. So I went with a custom righty T-1000 holster from Stevos.

The holster used on the sample posted on the first page isn't from Burns? I thought it was all from the same figure... belt, holster and pistol.

Kato did alter the burns holster for his, but its not very accurate to the actual holster Rick uses.

They do show up though- got one for a fellow Freak a couple weeks back - found in the fabled "dollar box"....

You may have covered it before, how and what did you do to your belt? I have the Sheriff Burns belt, but the holster seems off. Your holster hangs at the right length. Thanks for the info!
