I think Kato was asking for them just in reference to the shirt and its pattern. Pretty sure nobody is working on them though.

Hi all, I got in contact with One Sixth Scale King in regards to the patches and this is what they said:

Here's what I've drawn up. This prototype is on cardstock, the
finished product will be on 100% cotton fabric, pre-cut with the edges
painted and ready to be put on your figures uni using a quality fabric
adhesive (we use and recommend a product called Fabri-Tac by Beacon Adhesives available at Walmart, Michael's Crafts, Joanne Fabrics and many other craft supply stores - even on ebay. a 4 oz bottle should last you a good looonnng while). The actual item looks MUCH better in hand - the scanner always has additional "noise"

The price would be $1.25 each and I should have it loaded on my website

Unpainted head for me and I changed my mind and decided to go with hatted head. I take it I can just go on and order it from velvet morning's site?
