l live in st.albert. and the average house here now is $250,000. one of my cousins lives in a sheitt box here and its worth $280,000. st.albert is more classy then crappy edmonton.again shows what you know nothing.my mom paid $200,000 for that house 8 years ago and 2 years ago it was worth $400,00 and with the not so good market its around $350,000 again you are calling me a liar,and what do l care it not even my house.you were wrong about me being a hill billy,about living in a trailer,making $14 an hour and this.come to st.albert and price out the houses.im not fighting anymore.

thats happened before also.l went dirt biking to years ago and are truck was parked on the side of a gravel road and my buddy had his little barbie on the tailgate with 2 stakes, l hurd him yell he is stuck about 200 yard away so l walked to him in the woods helped him get unstuck came back 5 minutes later and the barbie and the stakes that were still packaged were gone.and l hurd a truck drive by , so it must of been them.that time l was 10 times more mad tho.

l still live at home.thats my moms house.and next spring l am buying a house.actually the last 3 months l made $7,000 a month,working as a safety supervisor at the scottford plant outside edmonton.l no longer work there as of 3 weeks ago because they shut down.thats $20 an hour for 12 hour shifts and time and a half after 8 hours,who is the poor hill billy now.

l said the house l live in is $350,000 and then said its my moms and l said l still live at home l never claimed it was mine and l own it.also you make no sense.your saying that 8 years ago a $200,000 was a junk house,when back then the average house was $150-200,000. so a $200,000 was then considered a great house,not to mention this was was re renovated when she got it.we just finished the garage and that was it.the house we lived in before she sold for $200,000 and that was a nice house and she took that money and bought this one for the exzact same price.now the house we used to live in wich sold for $200,00 it was on the market last fall for $400,000 l saw when l was driving by and it sold.so explain that.and that house isnt as nice as the new one.so that house went way up and so did ares.and most houses in st.albert.dont even compare houses and apartments.apartments here in st.albert are as much as a nice house.
