Walmart is what it is but you can't beat the cut throat pricing. Shopping at Target, Crest ect is generally $30-40 a week for the same items.

Wal-Mart would've been better if it weren't for the people of Wal-Mart . There aren't any Wal-Marts in NYC, except for the famed one in Nassau County (which is technically in Long Island). That's the same store where the door handler was trampled to death several Black Fridays ago.

I order my groceries online from Amazon on occasions. But, I find it better just to shop locally for deals and whatever else. I also order online from Target for non-perishable items... like EF said, they aren't the best. However, they do give free shipping.

Worth it to not set foot in a Walmart. I can't think of anything worse than eating food from there, yuck

Used Amazon Fresh on a few occasions and it was great. I shop for groceries more at Target than I do at Wal-Mart. The grocery stores in my area deliver as well, but it requires that you have a refrigerator or a freezer in a garage or someplace that is accessible to the delivery people.

When I've used them, they deliver it in those climate controlled bags with dry ice in them.

Hmmm, the grocery stores may have caught on and do that now.

I know when I ordered from Amazon Fresh (pilot program, not sure if it's available nation wide), they deliver them in the bags that you mentioned.

A lot of bashing on WalMart. Mr. Green got good deal on fishing gear there. Clearance is even better; even sport hoodie wear.

I go to the store and pick out my stuff. Kroger is a mile and a half away and I want to see what I'm getting. Gets me out of the house anyway.

At the moment...the $$ I'm stockpiling from selling most of my collection on Ebay. Even after Ebay and Paypal fees, I've cleared around $3K on He-Man toys, LOL. And I've only sold 3/5 of them so far.

Hopefully paypal or ebay doesnt consider you a business and try to mess with your money, i heard something about that happening to people if i recall correctly.
