How long does it take before they ship the skull? My order status is "Processing" right now, and the status of the product is "Backorder" still..

As it states on the website: "October 2008"...so this month, probably the best way to get a more accurate time would be to email the Sideshow EU dept.

If you call the sideshow number and ask for Kyle he is the EU warehouse co-ordinator and he will help you. i ordered one in July and was not expecting it to come until September as was stated on the website but after about 2 weeks they took payment from my credit card and the status changed to "in transit to EU" which stayed like this for about 6 weeks so unless they sent it by donkey from the US I dont think they had one in stock at the time. I dealt with Kyle and he managed to sort things out and said it was stuck with customs. They are not numbered like the clean version but it is still the coolest collectible ever, i am very happy with mine. take the plunge you wont regret it.

Is strange, it always seems to get "stuck in customs" doesn't it. To be honest Sideshows European shipping sucks. When compared to other distributors who just ship direct from their home bases and don't waste time bouncing between warehouses.

Could not agree more to be honest, check the thread in the Marvel section about the cheap spidey 1:1 bust...I
ordered it on sunday night from Barnes and Noble in the US and received it today (thats 72 hours!)...and they only charged $30!

Its the best reply they can come up with because at the end of the day there is nothing we can say or do to that. im sure the guys who order it in the US dont have any problems with deliveries. if they are honest from the start then you dont mind waiting but to hand you a load of bull makes you wonder how credible they are. i found a great company in Germany which ships the same day you pay and you get the items 2 days later without any hassles. the only problem is they seem to charge the same in euros as they do in dollars. i only paid the dollar price from sideshow and even with the shipping it still worked out cheaper than the euro price.

I just received this today. DAMN! it's bad a$$. It's always the same routine with me and Sideshow stuff. Sure it looks cool in the pictures but when you get it home, open the box, and hold with your own hands...even better!

I'll try to post a pic when I get back from the gym.
