It has been like that for over two days. The other forum and on the Facebook groups there are long discussions about it. But the moderator on Sideshows group eventually deleted the posts which they were updating to 'no longer derail the group' etc.....

I finally got the Emails at like 2.30am UK time...I was asleep & by the time I go to them the request had expired, trying again but still not getting the reset Email, will wait until Customer Services wake up & then try again
