I don't know who is going to move to the bottom shelf so they'll stay like they are till i figure it out.

You're mixing up universes in your display. What's Poison Ivy on the left doing in the Marvel display?

Anyone that puts the Red/Gold IM Comiquette at bottom of list clearly hasn't seen it in person.

1. Red/Gold IM
1. Doom
2,3,4,5+. the rest

Hmmm.....maybe...

ok, you got me..i've never actually seen him in person..

And yes, I want to own him......

but based on pictures, I put him last until I can actually see him for myself....

:)

Umm..WOW!!

Now that is hands down my favorite Marvel Display...

I've seen the most complicated and uber packed displays yet sometimes the most simple are the most effective at conveying your love for Marvel and PF and this one does it for me.

Simple yet AWESOME!

Love the color and lighting used!

DO NOT move that Wolverine, that's the best I've seen him look squatted down in the front looking all bad ass! The sizing and perspective are perfect!

Thor looks great as well!

Good Job...no..Excellent job...

Gives me inspiration...

:rotfl:rotfl

That is Fred and he likes toys. :monkey3

LOL

I can see that.

It proved one thing to me regarding the path I have chosen for myself...

Few PF's are much more exciting to show off than a whole bunch of small collectibles.

I've seen massive collections strewn all over the place and it looks sloppy and uninspiring....

Keep it simple and the praise will come....

P.S.

I so want to own the life size Hulk that Marvel had on Ebay....

I would've just placed real ripped purple pants on him (mixed media..check) and he would've been the ultimate PF and called it a day!

me too and they weren't at a bad price but i can't imagine how that would get through the front door and I wouldn't have any place to put him....well there wouldn't be anywhere the wife would let me put him.

Exact same problem here.....Door and Wife....

They're having trouble selling him expecially with this economy.

He's now down to $2,800 from $3,200!

If that bad boy hits $1,500, No Door or Wife will stop my progress...(umm, that's a lie by the way, my wife will win)

I wanted to place him in the yard and put a swing on his arm for my kid and maybe even dress him up on St Patty's day (he's already green so why now), Halloween (he's already a monster so why not) and then charge a dollar a picture and eventually make my money back...lol

P.S. i'm not trying to tell you what to do, it's your place and all but I would remove all the small collectibles from underneath your Marvel display.

That display with Marvel alone (and keep that lighting, awesome) would be insane looking, I really dig what you did!

Great set up.:rock BTW I like you Omega Supreme.

thanks, nothing fancy just using already available furniture. that's my original G1 Omega from when I was a kid...although I love the reissued one and will buy it one day.

That's the best part...everything about your display makes me always immediately stare at the center where you can take in the:

Entire Collectibles,
Orientation of Collectibles,
Poster and Frame,
Wall Color,
Lighting,
Then finally the table they rest on

Those 6 things together make for a very simple YET effective diorama!

Vader Al, do u have the Star Scream Masterpiece that came out this year!!!?

I have all those TF's below there, the bigger ones from which I can tell, looks like you have a Unicron head in there as well! :rock2

You realize there's about $2500 sitting on that shelf. Just an observation.

Yeah, I know. Why? Is there something I'm missing?

It's not a shelf. It's three completely isolated and sturdy tables. And it's in a room to which no one has access but me (and my fiancée, but only with permission). Believe me when I tell you that I feel safer with my choice of display than with many of the other displays I've seen here. (Glass shelves? *shudder* ) Also, we don't live in an area prone to earthquakes. So I'm covered there as well.

Wait, i'm confused, who does that Marvel PF collection with the Marvel poster behind it belong to, Vader or Monk?
