And you thought Ragnarok had a lot of silliness in it....this is gonna blow Ragnarok out of the water.

When I seen some of those pics, somehow it reminded me of D'Onofrio Thor in "Adventures in Babysitting":

With Thor being jacked again, and Star-Lord in this as well, I hope there's a training montage of the two of them hitting the Bowflex and competitively getting back in shape. Complete with cheesy music.

It seems the Phoenix Force will be revealed as Thor’s true mother in the comics.
(But Odin will still be his father)

In the comics Thor's Mother was revealed to be Gaea the Goddess Of Earth after he was resurrected from the events of Ragnarok. And he then realized he had control of the element of Earth as well, thus he created a chasm separating New floating Asgard from Oklahoma.

So, now he's the child of the Phoenix? What new powers will he have now? And how do they explain the earth control powers he had, or why he had them??

Marvel comics suck so bad... :slap

What hasn't been retconned at this point??

There were Avengers in 1 Million BC. And Wakandans were already **** Sapiens with a proper civilization. And there were Proto-Mutants with telepaths and cyclopses and elasticmen. And the Panther can weild Mjolnir and the Phoenix wants his ****. Across all ages. And Mephisto is the Avengers' greatest and earliest villain.

The X-Men have been Racial Supremacists from Day 1. Literally every fight with Magneto, Sinister and whoever else was for show. Xavier and the rest were in cahoots. So every dead person was acceptable collateral. Collateral in, basically, their act. Now, how that works beats me. Their plan is to literally replace humans by buying them out and outbreeding them while living in their ethnostate. All this was orchestrated by Moira whose mutant power is to go back to the start of her life everytime she dies, and this is her last shot to make muties survive. They sit around their island and have orgies. Jean and Cyclops live with their kids and Wolverine. Jean, Wolverine and Scott **** each other. In every position. And that's after Jean spent a whole mini event stuck inside Nate Grey's cuck fantasies where the world is a sex-free Utopia, but she gets ****ed by the genocidal murderer Bishop. Oh, and Mr. Sinister is now a full-blown mutant...clone...something. But Franklin Richards isn't, because he was merely using his Reality Warping powers to LARP as one. And now he's powerless. Oh, btw, Xavier and Magneto literally walked in Reed's lab, smashed his X-Gene detecting device, erased his designs from his mind, then told him to sit his flatscan ass down because this is the mutant age. Oh, those HiX-Men!

Tony Stark is adopted and his parents were Satanists/followers of Mephisto, while his brother, the actual Stark son, is a bioengineered alien baby made to pilot a space robot and he lived his entire life in an iron lung.

I really hate comics these days, I have to say. I'm retroactively hating the past too. Sometimes I get the urge to just throw them all in a barrel and burn them. I still want the damned figures though...

Crazy ****. I haven't been an avid comic reader since the late 90's. I'll read online here and there what the current story arcs are but they all sound so awful. DC seems to be just as bad as Marvel.

So sad.

DC is not as bad as Marvel. I can pick up a current Batman comic and still read it without needing all that much info. I feel like if I pick up a Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, X-Men, Avengers comic nowadays, I need a PhD in Marvel. It is just so overwhelming.

Anymore, I just have my own canon, pick and choose what author runs I read. Like Jason Aaron’s Thor, loved it. Relatively self-contained, ergghh, the beginning was, and could be enjoyed without needing a whole lot of background info.
